While we strive to provide a comprehensive service to all of our customers, we currently do not offer installation or customisation services. We understand that these services can be beneficial, but at this stage, they are beyond our scope.

However, please don't let this deter you. Our shade sails are designed with ease of installation in mind, and each one comes with a detailed set of instructions. These instructions guide you through every step of the process, from planning your space to securing the sail.

The measurement of our shade sails is a straightforward process that ensures you get the perfect fit for your space. We measure from corner to corner. Each corner of our shade sails includes a stainless steel ring. When we say we measure corner to corner, specifically referring to the distance from the edge of one ring to the edge of the opposing ring. This method gives us the 'straight line' or 'edge length' measurement of the shade sail.

We offer a 1 year warranty on our Shade Sail products, however they must strictly be installed as per the recommended method in the supplied instructions.

As per the product page images, the sail will come with corner attachment points. No other hardware is included, however we offer a range of Hardware kits and specialist hardware such as Turnbuckles, Eye Plates and more.

Absolutely, each of our pre-made shade sails is accompanied by a comprehensive set of fitting instructions. We understand that installing a shade sail can be a new experience for some customers, and we aim to make the process as smooth as possible.

Our instructions are designed to guide you step-by-step through the installation process. They start with helping you plan your installation area, including how to measure and mark out where your shade sail will go.
